VOTE BY MAIL REGISTRATION – CITIZENS TEMPORARILY OUTSIDE THE U.S.


First day for a citizen of the United States temporarily residing outside the territorial limits of the United States who is not registered but otherwise qualified to vote and who expects to be absent from the citizen's county of residence on Election Day to simultaneously apply to the election authority having jurisdiction over the citizen's precinct of residence for registration and a vote by mail ballot. Citizens of the United States may make application via facsimile machine or other method of electronic transmission.
