Instead of participating in a traditional on-camera interview, you will submit written responses to the interview questions provided on this page. Those responses may then be presented through an AI-generated version of your appearance and voice.

This process allows interviewees to participate on their own schedule while ensuring their responses accurately reflect the words they personally provided.

Participation is entirely voluntary.

By accepting this agreement, you authorize F4F News to:

• Create a digital representation of your likeness using photographs, video, or other media you provide or authorize.

• Create and use a synthetic version of your voice using an approved voice recording.

• Produce AI-generated video depicting you speaking the written responses you personally submitted.

• Use your name, likeness, voice, title, and submitted materials in connection with the interview.

You understand the resulting performance is computer generated but represents your own written responses.

All interview questions are provided to you in advance.

Your written responses will be used as the basis for the virtual interview.

F4F News will not intentionally alter the meaning, position, or opinion expressed in your responses.

To improve readability and the natural flow of speech, F4F News may:

• Correct spelling
• Correct punctuation
• Correct capitalization
• Correct obvious typographical errors
• Adjust sentence structure for natural speech
• Add pauses for AI narration
• Correct pronunciation through phonetic spelling
• Remove duplicate words or accidental repetition
• Excerpt lengthy responses for timing

These edits will never intentionally change the substance or intended meaning of your response.

You are encouraged to answer every question.

Questions left unanswered may be identified during the interview as having received no response.

F4F News may request one round of follow-up questions or clarification if additional information is needed. Participation in follow-up questions is voluntary.

F4F News retains sole editorial discretion regarding:

• Whether an interview will be produced
• Whether it will be published
• Publication date
• Segment length
• Headlines
• Graphics
• Narration
• Supporting documents
• Context
• Other reporting appearing before or after the interview

Participation does not guarantee publication.

The interview may appear alongside reporting, analysis, commentary, opposing viewpoints, public records, or additional news coverage.

You are solely responsible for the accuracy, truthfulness, and content of the information you submit to F4F News.

By participating, you represent that:

• Your responses are your own and accurately reflect your views.

• To the best of your knowledge, the information you provide is truthful and accurate.

• You have the legal authority to provide the statements, opinions, and information contained in your responses.

• Your responses do not knowingly contain false statements or intentionally defamatory content.

F4F News provides the platform through which your written responses are presented but does not adopt or endorse your personal opinions, factual assertions, or conclusions unless expressly stated by F4F News.

You understand that you remain responsible for any statements you make concerning other individuals, organizations, businesses, or public officials.

You retain ownership of your original written responses.

You grant F4F News a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use those responses, together with your authorized likeness and voice, for the production of the interview and related promotional materials.

F4F News owns all original production materials created during the interview process, including but not limited to:

• AI-generated video
• AI voice synthesis
• Graphics
• Editing
• Production assets
• Promotional content
• Finished interview segments

These materials may be used on the F4F News website, YouTube, Facebook, social media platforms, future broadcasts, documentaries, promotional materials, and archived content.

To create your virtual interview, F4F News may collect photographs, video, voice recordings, and other materials necessary to generate your digital likeness and synthetic voice.

These materials will be maintained and protected in accordance with applicable law and used solely for authorized F4F News productions.

By electronically signing this agreement, you acknowledge that:

• You have read this agreement.

• You understand how your likeness and voice will be used.

• You voluntarily authorize F4F News to proceed.

• Your electronic signature has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.
