If you or someone you know is struggling to put food on the table, Operation Feed 45 is here to help. We know that hard times can fall on anyone — and when they do, your community should be there to lift you back up.
Our goal is simple: to provide a helping hand and a bag of groceries to those who need them most, with care, dignity, and respect.
How It Works
Operation Feed 45 is a community initiative serving families and individuals throughout Illinois Senate District 45 — including Freeport and surrounding areas in Northwest Illinois.
We distribute grocery bags filled with essential items, and when available, fresh produce and proteins. Delivery or pickup options will depend on community donations and volunteer capacity.
To make sure we can assist you as effectively as possible, we ask that you complete a short registration form. This helps us understand your household needs and coordinate support accordingly — never to judge or discriminate.
